Illumin8 is our Christian Youth group sponsored by Elstree & Borehamwood Christian Council for young people aged 11-16 years. It provides a safe place for young people to get to know each other, have fun, explore the Christian faith, worship God, play games and eat pizza. You don’t have to be a Christian or go to a church to come.

Young people must be registered by a parent or guardian before attending a session. The registration form can be completed online using the link below.

What will a session be like?

7pm is pizza time! Time to chill, eat pizza, play games including table tennis, Wii sports, craft or hang out in the sofa area. At 7:45 we come together for games, a Bible presentation, worship and prayer. From 8:30 there will be more free time with a cup of hot chocolate and a biscuit.

What does it cost?

The first 3 sessions for any young person is FREE! After that we ask for £2.50 per session. If you have more than one young person then speak to leaders about the sibling discount. We don’t want anyone to miss out, so if you’re struggling to find the cash, chat to a leader and we’ll work something out.

When is Illumin8 on?

Illumin8 runs 7-9pm on Fridays, but not all Fridays. This term (Autumn 2025) the dates are 19th Sept, 3rd Oct, 17th Oct, 7th Nov, 21st Nov, 5th Dec.

Who are the leaders?

Leaders are all DBS checked and have been recruited following our safe recruitment policy.
